By accessing or using BalladNote, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Our Service
BalladNote creates personalized songs based on the details you provide. You may preview your song for free. If you choose to purchase the full song, you will receive a high-quality MP3 download and a shareable gifting page.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You pay only if you choose to purchase the full song after hearing your free preview. If you are not satisfied with your song after requesting a re-do, we offer a full refund — no questions asked.
4. Intellectual Property
Once you purchase a song, you receive a personal-use license to play, share, and download it. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the song without our written permission. BalladNote retains the underlying rights to the composition and production.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the stories and details you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of creating your song. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use BalladNote for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on others' rights, or to submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
BalladNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Modifications to Service
We may modify or discontinue BalladNote at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BalladNote operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
